90-day check for time shifts. Not an availability check.
How do I export my calendar?
In Google Calendar on desktop, open Settings → Import & export → Export. Unzip the download and choose one .ics file. In Apple Calendar, select a calendar, then File → Export → Export. Outlook export availability varies; use an .ics export where supported.
What can this check?
Timed single events and daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly series, including exclusions and individual changes. All-day and cancelled events are excluded. Floating times use your viewing zone. Unknown time zones, repeated clock times, unusual rules, and series beyond the processing limits are reported for manual review. The first occurrence in the 90-day window is the baseline. Results use the bundled IANA rules, not custom time-zone definitions in the file.

How it works
Choose your cities and working hours. Set a meeting time in the city whose clock should stay fixed. Preview every date, then share the plan.
Does this change existing meetings?
No. Share the proposal first. Once everyone agrees, the organizer must update the original invitation. Calendar downloads add separate fixed-date events and do not send attendee notices.
Can everyone keep the same local hour?
Only while the difference between their time zones stays constant. When that difference changes, someone’s local hour must move. Named-zone calendar events already handle clock changes; discuss a new time only when the resulting hour no longer works.
What does it know about availability?
Suggestions use the daily working hours you enter. They do not check personal calendars, public holidays or weekends. The file checkup compares occurrences within 90 days and can miss shifts before its first occurrence. It does not detect overlapping meetings.
Privacy and shared links
Calculations happen in your browser with no signup or analytics. Anyone with a shared link can read its meeting name and settings. Calendar contents are not included. Hosting may produce ordinary access logs. Privacy & limits.
Time-zone rules and unusual times
Uses IANA . Future rules can change; fixed-date exports do not update themselves. Missing local times are flagged. Repeated fall-back times use the first occurrence with a warning. Confirm important dates after a rule change.
